“EXPLORING THE PASSION NARRATIVES”
Five Wednesdays - March 4th through April 1st

Soup Supper at 6 pm, Study Session at 7 pm, NCC’s Bridge Hall

The Passion Narratives are the gospel accounts immediately following the Last Supper as Jesus prays with his disciples in the garden of Gethsemane and continue to his death on a cross at Golgatha.  The gospel accounts all vary, sometimes slightly, sometimes greatly.   In this five-week study, we will examine the Passion Narratives side-by-side to find these differences. The point of this exercise is more than academic.  Through this study, you will learn a lot about the gospel writers and their unique theological outlooks, but you will also discover the portrait of Jesus you most closely relate to—the portrait that leads you to understand your own connection with the Great Mystery.

       See you there,
       Pastor B. J. Beu
