THE CHANGE THAT CHANGES EVERYTHIN 

Continuing June 7, the First Thursday Adult Study group will begin a four part seminar series featuring Father Richard Rohr entitled THE CHANGE THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING.  “Richard Rohr has the remarkable ability to help us recognize how the ‘normalcy’ of the way we view people the world and ourselves keeps us divided, anxious and overwhelmed.  ‘Yes,’ he says, ‘there are times we need to make discerning judgments about what we are experiencing; but,’ he continues, ‘there is a way of seeing that brings incredible freedom and creativity into our lives…’

The seminar is in four parts, each approximately an hour and a half long, that we will view and discuss on the following dates:

            How We See and How We Don’t See                            Thursday May 3rd – 7 PM to 8:30 PM

Contemplation as an Alternate Consciousness               Thursday June 7th – 7 PM to 8:30 PM

The Rediscovery of Seeing                                            Thursday July 5th – 7 PM to 8:30 PM

Implications for Religion, Relationships and Politics         Thursday August 2nd– 7 PM to 8:30 PM
