Dozens of people from our church and community contributed to raise more than $1900 for relief efforts in Haiti last month.  Because Neighborhood Congregational Church partners with the United Church of Christ for relief efforts, 100% of donated went directly to relief funding for the people of Haiti.  We are so grateful for your generous gift to the UCC’s Haiti Earthquake Relief fund that now enables the United Church’s Haitian and international partners to offer immediate emergency relief as well as long-term recovery and rehabilitation to the families and communities devastated by this tragedy.

We are equally grateful of your ongoing support of Neighborhood Church.  When we, with other UCC congregations around the world, provide ongoing support to permanent relief agencies through the Church’s Wider Mission fund (OCWM), administrative costs for emergencies like this one are already covered and personnel are already in place throughout many corners of our world.
