The Path of the Heart Labyrinth Walk
The labyrinth has long been an archetypal symbol for humanity’s journey to the core of being. The unicursal or one-path design of the labyrinth gently guides us to its center if we will simply trust the path and place one foot in front of the other. The most important gift of the labyrinth can be the experience of the open heart: the walk to the center symbolizing a pilgrimage to the heart’s core. What will we experience there? Each person’s response will be different. However, we might discover our role in life is simply to give and receive love and to realize how privileged we are to take this journey together.
On Saturday, April 21, Neighborhood Congregational Church will open the Labyrinth Walk from 12:00 to 4:00 in Bridge Hall. Come share this special journey with us and discover what lies secretly waiting for you in your heart’s core.
