An Evening of Healing Sound

The Healing Touch Ministry of the Neighborhood Congregational Church invites you to a complimentary performance by the One Heart, One World music ensemble for an ecstatic and mystical evening of healing sound music, dance and meditation.
Members of the ensemble include: Alfonso and Edillma Avendano, founders of the Matiz Wellness Center, who will be playing the crystal bowls and a variety of vibrational instruments; Jayne Reich-Cohen, vocalist, who will also lead a wellness meditation to experience our cosmic connection of oneness; Diedre Cavazzi (choreographer) will dance, accompanied by Doug Miller on violin; Pam Wicks on the keyboard, and Reverend B.J. Beu on flute. Seth Pincus, harmonic throat singer, will also be playing a variety of vibrational instruments, including the didgeridoo, Caisa drum, and flute. All movement and instrumentation is designed to facilitate profound states of peace, balance and inner harmony.
The Healing Touch Ministry is offering energy healings to all attendees that evening, and Reverend BJ Beu will be offering an anointment of essential oils to all.

NCC Sanctuary
Fully accessible, NCC's Sanctuary is the perfect place for worship and meditation, weddings, and other sacred gatheirngs. NCC hosts a Wednesday morning Kirtan (Hindu chanting) and Sunday morning worship (Christian and inclusive) in the sanctuary. Accessible parking is available on St. Ann's Drive, and additional free parking is available in the church parking lot at the corner of Cleo and Glenneyre.
