Christmas Eve Service 2014

Our Annual Christmas Eve Service, An Evening of Reflection, Song & Poetry took place Wednesday, December 24, 7:00pm, and featured local musicians and artists Jason Feddy, John Gardiner, Nick "I" Hernandez, Carrie Pohlhammer, & Reverend B. J. Beu in presenting “Let Yearning Be Our Journey,” a non-traditional festival of lessons and carols.

It was a program of music, poetry, candlelight and carols. Jason brought original as well as familiar tunes, and John and Carrie gave us scripture, drama, and poetry to add to the evening. Special guest Nick “I” Hernandez joined with NCC musicians, including our own Pam Wicks, Mary Scifres, Katie & Emily Baker, along with the NCC Bell Choir led by Jennifer Baker, to bring the Christmas story come to life. Traditional Christmas carols, along with candlelight and “Silent Night,” rounded off this special service.Enjoy, and we hope to see you next Christmas Eve in person!
