5-29-16: What's Our Badge?

Scripture reading: Numbers 15:37-41; Matthew 16:21-26; I Corinthians 7:17-20

What is the right relationship between our religion and our identity? How do we show to the world who we are spiritually? Should those who are followers of Christ advertise this fact to others, and if so, in what way? How do we understand what the Holy Spirit does to us, in us, and through us, in terms of our identity in the world? Such are the questions for the third Sunday of Pentecost.
