No previous experience required!!! Wear comfortable clothes for moving and bring a bottle of water.
Every class is a unique opportunity to enjoy a workout, connect, and most of all to let it go.... surrendering all anxieties, stress and baggage to the irresistible music and diving deep into personal exploration; digging below what is going on so we can move through.
Come and open into your authentic being and experience the unexpected through conscious movement in an expanding community and sacred space.
