Sunday, October 1, 2017 - 10:00am
Welcome to Neighborhood Congregational Church's series on Progressive Christianity:
What is Progressive Christianity? Inquire Within!
Week 4: What Exactly Do We Believe?
Scripture: Luke 10:29-37
This weekend, we celebrate World Communion Sunday with our wider Christian family! The first Sunday of October has become a time when Christians in every culture break bread and pour the cup to remember and affirm Christ as the Head of the Church. On that day, we are reminded of our connection to a global movement, being light and love in a time of great darkness and confusion. Re-affirming our boundless access to Jesus' table frees us to question and wonder about the world in which we live, to seek wisdom regarding life's deepest questions, and to find comfort along the way in the hands of a caring and all-loving God. I can't wait to meet you at the table. Have a great remainder of your week family!
